Cannot build for Android URP + OpenXR, Shader errors

I've been struggling with shader errors and unable to build  for 2 days now, cant get it work! What I've tried;
A) High Quality materials + All features enabled (Tesselation + WrinkleMaps), could build successfully but my character won't render at all, just eyes (see screenshot)!
B) Basic materials + All features enabled (Tesselation + WrinkleMaps) Build successfully but errors in console (Shader error in 'Reallusion/Amplify/LitSSS': maximum ps_5_0 sampler register index (16) exceeded at line 405).
Character's cloch and eyes not visible (see screenshot)
C) I've also tested with Basic materials and non-Ampliy shades (with "Use Amplify Shaders" unchecked) with errors and missing shaders as well (see screenshot). Same shaders errors as above but slightky different visual result.

VR enabled (OpenXR)
Universal RP 14.0.11
cc_unity_tools_URP-1.6.2.URP14
