Hi all,
I've noticed a problem when trying to record using live face. The jaw never seems to close properly unless the mouth is completely shut. So if for example I want to smile but have the teeth together this seems impossible to do as the jaw automatically starts to open as the lips part. This makes it also really hard to get visemes to match properly when using acculips.
Is anyone having this issue or is it just me?

Hi Peter
On the Motion Live panel do make sure to click the "Set Zero Pose" to calibrate your neutral face position and expression. Then you can click "Set Neutral Orientation and Expression" and finetune your facial pose. You will find sliders for the mouth among these options which should help alleviate the problem.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the advice. I think I did set zero pose but will try again.I haven't tried the Set Neutral Orientation and Expression. I tried it with Kevin the CC4 and it seems better so maybe theCC3 characters aren't as good. I'll try all you've suggested, thank you.
