There is a script for DAZ that allows you to choose a set of morphs, then it will randomized your character face and / or body by changing the values of those selected morphs.
I searched to see if Character Creator can do the same thing, and I found this from iClone 6 manual that seems to be for iClone 5 characters:

I have looked around in Character Creator 4 and iClone 8, but I can't find anything like this.
Is it there and I missed it?

Unfortunately neither Character Creator 4 or iClone 8 feature a randomize option. However, please feel free to request this in the Feedback Tracker. If there is enough support for such a feature I'm sure the dev team will consider it for a future update.
