I have a pack uploaded onto the marketplace and the first customer that bought it let me know that the textures did not download into his gallory.
I downloaded the pack in the verify section of the packager window of Character Creator and got the same results.
The textures are just black and white mask type jpeg files. They are not attached to any tattoos or scars or anything. They are just files in a folder that I pulled from the stage/media/texture folder and placed into the pack in the packager.
All the images of the textures show up on the backend management side and even have the file size and everything. However, They do not get sent with the pack when the customer downloads it.
What do I do?
