Need Content License

I am trying to use GoZ to import a character into zBrush to customize it. However, when I click the GoZ button, I get the dreaded "Need Content License" notice. Of course, it doesn't tell me which content is the problem. But, I thought that Reallusion had done away with the Export license for everything, so you could import things into third-party applications. The offending party seems to be "Mid Length" from the Conforming Hair Series. When I deselect it, I am able to export my (now bald) character into zBrush. I have looked at that item in the store, and it SPECIFICALLY says in the license agreement that Standard License items can be exported into third-party programs.

By the way, I have tried both Activate Purchased Items and Activate Entire Library under the Help menu. So, does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and what i can do to fix it?

Thanks,
Terry

See what it says in your Order History of your RL User account (https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/en/order-history).

It is an older pack and it still may have the legacy iContent license, which I had is well. If that is the case, there should be an Upgrade button.
