Particles Glow issue ?

Stange , I reinstalled Iclone and the PopcornFX plugin but the issue persists....
It's only with the glow particles  , the glow textures for props , character works fine.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but technical support is slow to respond to me.
Could someone do a test with windows 11 and an nvidia rtx graphics card in the 30 series? Mine is 3060 rtx.
This video shows my problem. On my other PC in Windows 10 I have no problem.

It does not work right in IC8 (Explosive Bloom strength is always at max regardless of dial).
Works fine in IC7 on the same computer.

And it is not an issue with .ipkfx file itself. I can load it from IC8 Content into IC7 and it still works.
So it's an issue of IC8 for sure...

I do not think the OS is an issue though...

I think yes ;) because on my PC with windows 10 and Iclone 8 it works. So I think that Iclone 8 on windows 11 is broken with the particle.
It's not only with the glow setting , it's also with Distorsion strength.

OH!! You're right . On my windows 10 PC it's the IC8 V 8.31.
The latest version , 8.4 is broken with glow particles.

I tested and the bloom works fine in iC8.31 (RTX2080) on Win10 but not in iC8.4 on Win11 (RTX4090).

So the 8.41 update of Iclone didn't fixe the problem...

It seems that the feedback tracker is taken more seriously than a support ticket.

Sadly, I found the same thing.  I reported a problem last year, and later was told it must have "fallen through the cracks" (direct quote from Rampa of support.)  I was advised to add the issue to the feedback tracker.  Pretty lousy solution if you ask me.  What's the point of raising a support ticket?!?  Not happy with their support team AT ALL.

I would moderate your words a little.:-)
I created a support ticket, which was suggested to me by Peter, to be able to return to version 8.3
and it was resolved in 2 days.
I think that when the problem requires intervention from the Taiwan office which seems to be the developers of Iclone, it is the feedback tracker which is preferred.

Yes. I use 5.1 and the glow particles works.
