Google translate French/English.

For Iclone 8: I'm looking for other dances like this excellent example from MocapDancer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qs7hD9bEIHk

- The animation must be at least 25 seconds long and must be looped.
- Only the dance animation file, not the character (like MocapDancer dances on Reallusion)
- Dance animation for only one character at a time (tango steps, waltz, etc.)
- Songs to agree together. 5 to 10 dances per month.
- Quality animations like those of Mocap Dancer.

If you feel this is possible for you, please contact me.

Have you already approached mocap dancer to see if you can commission him to create such dances for you?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, it does not take custom orders. I searched everywhere on the Internet, nothing to do, no one is able to match his work ?

I even went to Fiverr, none are capable of doing this type of work...

I understand.
it is difficult because someone needs a good full body mocap suit
and some very skilled dancers to perform those motions.

Thank you once again for your response. Ah ok for the combination, he's a professional which explains the quality of his animations. But is he all alone in the world in this dance entertainment market?

Well, there is also Awesome Dog Mocap

It don't know if they do custom work. Also their dances are IMO not quite up to the quality of MocapDancer (e.g. sometimes the foot work needs to be corrected).

You may well find someone who can do this but I doubt through this forum.  But - be aware.  This is $$$.

At the very least if someone is creating such a custom mocap for you only and doing 10-20 a month I would expect you to lay out at least 2K or more (at least $200 per animation of 25 seconds).  When you look at the packages sold here to HUNDREDS of folks you can see it takes a LOT of money to support such capture work.  You have to find someone with both the tools and the expertise (for example - while I have the mocap suits and ability to capture, I'd have to hire a professional dancer/choreographer and that would likely be AT LEAST three or four hundred dollars per session.  You might be able to get three or four dances each session but the dancer alone is going to want around $1k).

If you have that kind of funds to use then I'm sure you can find someone (not on "Fiver" - LOL).

Yes and what's more, Awesome Dog Mocap does animations without providing the example of music unlike MocapDancer.

Google translate: Thank you for this important information. It's not personalized dances that I want but current, modern dances.

But it's sure, it comes down to the same thing, it's a lot of work if I understand correctly.

Paying $200 per dance is not possible but I was willing to pay at least $50 for each 25 second dance with a single character, so it's a little more than the price MocapDancer offers ($37 ).

Well, I'll just wait for MocapDancer to publish other dances... Most of them, except for 2 characters, I've already bought them all. I still need a lot more, especially humorous dances that ridicule my characters.

The problem is you're asking for a CUSTOM dance - while it's true that MocapDancer could then (assuming you don't have an exclusive contract with them) turn around and sell it to others, they would still be doing exactly what you want (otherwise you'd just be satisfied with what they produce - which, as you said, is probably your best bet).

Again, I don't think you'd be able to get a custom dance without paying at least $200 but if you do find someone to do it treasure them <g>.
