There is no out sound to a video on iClone 8.4.2505.1

I have tried different human models but inside iClone 8.4.2505.1 there is no sound at the startup/RealTime/ByFrame. You may play real time before exporting but there is no sound. Also, Maximum length is 4 minutes.
