Hello, hope everyone's doing OK.
I recently learned how to place Iphone videos within Iclone , but for some reason when I hit play
they do not run. I can still use them as reference for animation because if I move the time cursor
forward the video changes to that current point in time, it just does not play like a normal video should.
Any suggestions as to why this might be?

If the films are in .MOV format that may be your problem. Try converting to .WMV or .MP4.
There are free converter available, for example Any Video Converter. There are online converters as well.
