Hi all,
We have purchased a pack of humanoids and would like to tweak their materials. All is good until checking the masks and /or tweaking the sliders. Changes in colors don't happen as expected. I followed the videos and the online RL guide, but can't see that I missed out on a step or two. Maybe I need more coffee? Any ideas on what to look for here?

Turns out that support couldn't help me either. We looked into several steps in the process, and I had done them all as instructed, but it simply did not work. Not even a clean install helped. So, something's off.
Do any of you have an idea of how to utilize the color masks within IC8 or CC4 maybe? Any pointers would be appreciated :)
