headshot 1.01 doesn´t load in CC4. Why?

Hi...
Please can you explain more about the problem.
For example:
Have you installed the correct plug-in from the Reallusion Hub. You need Headshot for CC4. You can't install the CC3 version.
If the plug-in installed successfully, what happens when you try to use it in CC4? Do you get an error message?
