I got a new computer as I am a professional animator. I loaded all of my purchased content which is about everything Reallusion or close to everything. All was working fine and suddenly when I click on IClone 8.4 nothing happens. I can open CC 4 with no problem. I Even tried to send a character to Iclone through CC4 and nothing happened. I tried to open Reallusion Hub and nothing happened. No error message or anything. I uninstalled/restarted/re-installed both programs. and getting the exact same problem. It really sucks because I'm in the middle of an IClone project and I can't even download the program with HUB working. I would appreciate any help from anyone and I'll be sure to pass it forward.

Hi...
Have you tried uninstalling the Hub and doing a reinstall? This should allow it to open again. From there you can try to launch iClone 8, but if you still have problems, you may need to uninstall iClone and reinstall that again as well.

Note: If the Hub still won't start, try to run it as an administrator. You can do this by going Start > All Apps > Reallusion Hub (right click and choose More > Run As Administrator).

I unistalled both. I reinstalled Hub. Now that won't open and I can't install IClone without Hub

Have you had any luck? I just downloaded the updated version (8.4 Iclone and 4.4 CC4) from the 8.3 version and 4.3 versions.. I used reallusion Hub and now when I try to open, I get the splash screen and then nothing on both. I did an uninstall for both then updated again through the Hub and still only the splash screen on both.
I also tried to run as Administrator and still the same issue.

No luck at all. I don't even get a screen. I click on Hub after install and it goes to nothing. It's also not in my tray as it normally was. I've been having problems ever since the update. I've tried to reinstall multiple times but nothing happens. It installs . I have to run a search to find Hub on my computer and when I try to open, nothing happens. A quick circle and nothing opens. When I install it goes through the whole installation process but I can't open. This is extremely frustrating because I'm on the clock.

I'm pretty well versed with Reallusion products as I've been using them since 2012. I've never seen anything like this before. I've used countless computers with their programs in the past.

I know what you mean. I've also used Realusion since I think it was version 5. A really long time. And also have never had such a problem. Very frustrating!! I opened a ticket and will post their response here when I get one. Please post if you find a resolution. I'm sure others will have the same issue.

The support team responded and said I needed to update my graphics card drivers. I did that and it works now. Both Iclone 8.4 and CC 4.4 open with no problems. My guess is that you have a different issue since you have a brand new laptop. Not sure tho. I hope your issue gets resolved soon. Best of luck!!

Sorry to hear you continue to have problems.
Please contact Support about this issue. There is clearly something else going on here that needs further investigation. Support should be able to help you get the Hub working.

Thanks for letting us know how you resolved the issue. Hopefully this will help StanDeMand as well. Even new computers come with outdated graphics drivers so it would be worth trying to update the drivers just to be certain.

The user above (KGainer) gave their solution. It was to update their graphics drivers. Try that and see if it works for you.

That is the Problem had to Help my fried install his Iclone 8 and cc4 After a I I-m Rampa he told me to try updating the Drivers- That was the problem . If you are using Nvida Card update then Install program. One more thing Reallusion needs to do more support for Amd cards . Nvida Is getting Expensive well ok are expensive and to make your software more compatible/more support with Nvida than Amd cards Just sucks! We want more support for amd ! Also Support for Intel Arc cards that are in my opinion Budget friendly as well. MAKE USD export a thing for all applications and not just Omniverse!

I already update the graphic drive to the newest ( according to the webstie https://www.intel.com.tw/content/www/tw/zh/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html) but it still can not work on the installation of the hub and can not install the CTA3, would you please give me some suggestions ? thank you!

AMD is a good and much more inexpensive option if you want to play games. But for production software like video editing or rendering it's outclassed by Nvidia in every aspect. There are Nvidia-exclusive features that don't work on AMD cards. There is not much Reallusion can do about this. AMD needs to do something about this.
