I'm trying to import an animation from a MoCap studio in FBX format. I don't know what software was used in the recording. When I import it to Blender (File->Import->FBX), I get a set of bones that perform the animation as expected. If I try to drag the file onto Kevin in iClone, for some files I get told, "No applicable character profile..." for other files (that I know were recorded on the same MoCap equipment), I get a Motion Import Setting. I have a choice of many profiles and have tried most of them. The best profiles gets the feet correct, but not the upper body for the start pose. In addition the animation bends the upper body opposite direction of what is expected. The attached photo shows the animation at the same point in iCloud and Blender.
I'm very new to iCloud. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

If you wish to load a mocap file where no correct profile is available, you can create your own using CC4 by following the steps below. Once created, the custom profile can be saved for later use.

Thank you.
I get to Step 4.2, and nothing happens when I drag the animation onto the character. The profile saved in 3.2 don't solve the problem alone when trying to use it in iClone. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

The overall process does work so it is likely a step was missed or there is an unusual issue with the mocap file..
Did Step 3 complete successfully with the bones mapped and showing a green light?
And also when dragging the original mocap file onto a new character in CC4 (Step 4), does the message box pop up saying "No compatible character profile found"?
