Hi HailDuong,
Iclone does not have volumetric lighting yet so the only way to create Godrays is by using opacity maps on simple geometry shapes and multi layer them to create depth. Unfortunately you can not walk though it because it will break the illusion. you can see an example HERE

If you happen to be using or have access to Vegas Pro, think around version 8 or 9, you have a wonderful FX filter call "Rays" that will add a nice "rays" effect. Of course it's processing on top of your iClone image/video file so everything is affected but it is somewhat controllable. I used it in part of this old iClone test I did awhile back...

I agree, mark, you're getting fine results with this Vegas filter.

(You also have a fine scene composition here. If you compare it with mine, yours is more pleasant and more realistic.)

Conclusion: folks, there are various ways to get the rays you're looking for. You can use the nice Reallusion beams; you can make them yourself; or you can use Vegas.
