I received an mail saying: Thank you for sharing your reviews! Redeem Your Free 1,000 Bonus Points here!
But there is no voucher number. And non of the links work.
I can't retrieve my Bonus Points!
It has a link that says Redeem Now but it goes to an OOPS! page.

I got a similar mail but for the link worked for me. If you are sure that your e-mail program can properly link to other websites, you should contact Customer Support.
Apparently Reallusion changed the system recently: Before you had to manually enter the voucher code, not this appears to be automated when clicking the link.

I had the same problem with the DA Bonus Points email -- still unable to Redeem...

I was able to use my phone email, and it went to the correct place and I was able to activate my Bonus Points!
