jaw open blend shape issue

I got an issue when I exported the model from cc4 there is a blend shape called jaw open it's not working properly https://developer.apple.com/documentation/arkit/arfaceanchor/blendshapelocation/2928266-mouthclose

I could be wrong ,but I think it’s because the jaw and eyeballs, in iClone and CC4 , are controlled by bones , not blend shapes . You would need to create these blend shapes inside Blender (or wherever you’re sending your character to)

there is the facial expression in cc4 character there are all blend shapes when we use their blend shapes called jaw oper working properly but after exporting the blend shape not working properly

I also have the same problem.. Jaw_Open is missing from the exports.. i tried exporting as unreal, blender and maya just to compare and opened all fbx's in blender... there is NO Jaw_Open shape/blendshape..i discovered this when i wanted to export an Accuface animation to blender..
this i THINK its caused by the latest updates to icone/cc4  to v4.4

I added a support ticket to this as well..hoepfully its fixed soon
