Hello,
Something strange has been happening to me for a few days... While I was producing different commissions for my clients, I suddenly had multiple crashes for no reason. As soon as I opened a project, I had a crash. I obviously panicked because I had to finish projects. So I did several searches and the only solution seemed to be to uninstall and reinstall everything. That's what I did, but it didn't solve my problem. So I updated my graphics card, tried to change different settings...etc.
Then I also fiddled with the settings in iClone/CC to find the miracle button! And after a whole day of research, I found the cause of my crashes:

When I deactivate "Environment Reflection" I no longer have a crash. Now the question I ask myself is why suddenly this option makes me crash when before this was not the case? I'm putting this here in case other users like me have the same problem. Also, what is the solution to fix that problem?

I also have recurring crashes. I will disable Environment Reflection and see if that helps.

@Leowald: By disabling Environment Reflection, I was able to work all day without a single crash, so you are certainly on to something! I hope the RL devs pick up on it.

An interesting observation is that some functions make iClone seem to hang after which it usually crashed but now it comes back again. As Environment Reflection does contribute visually, it could just be enabled again for final rendering.

Glad it's working for you too! I hope also that RL team will see our messages.
I was able to work several days without crashes since I disabled "Environment reflection" so there is no doubt that the problem come from here :pinch:
