hi,
I am working with Charcter Creater 4.32 .
at first it worked properly, but one month ago or so .. it started saying Initializing Content Manager.... and don't let me access the
Content Manager
Can you please help me to work with the Content Manager? Ah in iclone 8 there is the same problem...

Hi Jonas
Please try restoring your Content Manager database to the default using the instructions on the page below. This may help resolve the problem.

In addition, do check you are online and that your security software is not blocking access to our servers.
However, if after trying the above you still have problems, please contact Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.

hi Peter,
I have downloded the batch datei and executed it. I have instaled CC4 under "E:\Reallusion\Character Creator 4"
the batch fails with:
what did I do wrong?

If you are still not able to resolve the problem then please do contact Support as I advised in my previous reply. They will try and help you get Content Manager working.

thanks. I have opened a ticket...
now I can't morph (chance) my character any more ...
I wonder if musst link my CC4 to the reallusion account, but how? can you help me?
