(First of all sorry if my english it’s not the best)
Hello!! I was wondering that... because I couldn’t find the way to change the resolution in character creator 4.
I see the viewport and buttons size so big, and I’d like to change it from the application itself, without adjust the resolution of my monitor... that’s possible?

Hi...
There are no options to change resolution within CC4 itself. The only display option available is found in Preferences (CTRL+P) where you can check "Enlarge Font & UI" which is often required when using 4K monitors. All other resolution changes need to be made in your computer's Display Settings (right click the desktop) where you can adjust the Resolution and the Scale settings.
However, please be aware that you can close side panels or drag and resize them and also do the same with the viewport. There are also Workspace options available which can be found under Window on the Menu Bar. Finally you can change the aspect ratio of the viewport by change the Render settings found under Render > Render Video on the Menu Bar. Here you can select a 16x9 or 4x3 setting if you wish.
