There use to be more. Now just 4 in and 4 out. Where is end bounce or whatever it was called? Were these removed for version 8 or moved?
I found it, I can access it through the curve editor. However I cannot get it to apply. In V7, you could drag and drop or double click. Also, there is NEVER anything in the curve editor EVER in V8. I use to get lines in V7 and could move things... cannot work V8 :(

You should be able to access by right-clicking the desired keyframe. For me it does:
You should not need to use the Curve Editor.
