Can someone help me with how to create character ball contact when using motions like Basketball_Dribble, Basketball_Shoot, or Basketball_CrossoverDribble? Thanks to everyone in advance

You have to learn how to animate props manually with Curve Editor or Transition Curve Preset (latter being easiest).
This is a base RL training for Transition Curves:

And this is how I matched a ball with basic Mixamo dribble movement using Ease in and Ease out curves and playing with curve strength to match the hand movements:
And for the time when player keeps the ball in the hand you may use Link and Unlink action to the hand bone for the ball .

thank you so much. I really appreciated it. Is it possible to do it with physic properties and how to do that?

Probably not, there is very little precision control over physics in IC.

Ok thank you so much. Can we use the same technique for shooting the ball?

Yes, and if character keeps the ball in the hand for sometime, you may use Link/Unlink ball to/from hand to control the timing of the grab/release.
Painstaking task with lots of trial and error.
Rampa has this video with Physics you may also want to look at, but it's probably not going to work for a precision shot:
