I bought cartoon animator 4 for Mac. but the installation failed. the message is shown in the pic. could any one told me what happened and what can. I do ?

From your screenshot it looks like you have contacted Support about this, but if not, please do so and they will try to help you resolve the problem.

yes, I did contact support last night. but did not get any respond yet. maybe cta is just not suitable for Mac.

Unfortunately we have stopped supporting Macs with the release of Cartoon Animator 5, but Cartoon Animator 4 was available in a native Mac version so should work if you have the correct hardware. Support will be able to advise you about this. You can normally expect a reply from Support within 48 hours.

the software can be installed, but it cannot be opened. and it seems to be related with the visit of google.com.
