By Mikay² - 2 Years Ago I updated iclone (8.31) and character creator (4.31) to the latest version to get the wrinkle maps. I didn't see them so I uninstalled and installed the character pack. However, I still don't see the wrinkle maps and I also cannot open the characters anymore. It says "Failed to load the file" and then "the content was saved in a newer version" in both iclone and character creator. How can I make this work again?   By Peter (RL) - 2 Years Ago Hi... Sorry to hear you have run into problems after updating. Please try resetting your Smart Content Manager database. This should hopefully resolve the problem.
