Hi Everyone, I wanted to share my project which I am working on to create an animated web series as an indie filmmaker. This is project who I've included talented voice over actors as well as music composers in the production. I'm hoping to improve the production and to continue with the series, including improving animation mocap work and rendering times too.

This is pretty amazing. Your animation looks clean. How long of experience did you have? Just wondering because I'm just starting out myself couple months back.

Thank you! I've been doing this for a couple of years. I invested into a motion mocap suit (The Perception Neuron 3) which has given me some great results so far. My main goal is to purchase the Xsen motion suit version which I heard is the best for motion capture in the future, as well as looking into MoveAi for group motions. However, you never learn this overnight. It has taken some time to learn this and I'm still refining it every time I use it.
I'm already working on Episode 12. It's going to take an interesting turn ;)

A web series sounds great. Great street-sceen, mocap and facial expression - voices as well! Looking forwart to see whats hapened next ;-)
I'm a complete beginner and only started animation during the pandemic. I would be interested in sharing my experiences in all aspects of filmmaking. It would be great if there was some way of collaborating with people from the forum. I have already created 10 short films with a total of 85 minutes. Next I'm doing a feature film, in which a group of artists plan the ultimate art project. Everything is done with artificial intelligence so as not to have copyright problems because I work without a budget... I got along well with Replica's voices, maybe I'll keep using it. But new opportunities are added almost every month. Feel free to check out my short clip showing what I made and what's next. I also hope to develop further and am open to advice from all of you. But to be honest: I still can't make the move to the Unreal Engine, even though I know that will be the next step. https://youtu.be/rKylijpwxeg

Thanks Chrisxxxx! I really appreciate it :) I've checked your projects, you've done well as a beginner I think you'll go far. You never stop learning in this field, I know because I'm still learning too lol. If you are really serious in creating a feature film, I do recommend you learn Unreal Engine because that will be a great foundation for you, plus it is far more powerful to use than just using iClone alone. I've been using Omniverse which is a great platform but has got a lot of limitations at the moment. That's why I'll be going directly with Unreal engine because it's more stable and has more features. Plus, the rendering times are a lot faster.
Keep up the good work ;)

Nice work so good to see people making actual scripted stories with well planned plots and narratives instead of just 30 second technology demos in unreal engine. Looking forward to the next episode.

Thanks Anabran! I really appreciate it! That's what I wanted to do is to make an actual story or web series than just demo reels. Working on Episode 12 now which I'm actually going to be using UE5 rather than Omniverse for now. I really enjoy your videos on Youtube especially the Ghost in the Shell clips. They came up really well. I've actually subscribed on your channel too. Keep up the good work :)

Bravo ! Emotions are believable. A good performance of actors with a motion suit necessarily gives a pleasant result to watch. Facial emotions are consistent as well. Just a small remark (because I have the same problem with my Neuron suit) I perceive some drifts in the animations of the bodies, maybe a cleaning with the new tools of Iclone 8 will make these small defects disappear. Are you French speaking? Because the title is in French :)

This is super impressive. I like everything from the music choice, the acting and scripting. Keep up the good work.

Thank you mtakerkart! I really appreciate it. :) Yeah, I have used the Motion Correction tool in iClone 8 however there was some animations I couldn't use it because the results didn't come up as good as the original. However, I did figure out how to fix the drifting using the Axis Studio software by adjusting the Contact Constraint Tolerance and Contact Sensitivity parameters by reducing it to 1. And that seem to improve the drifting. No, I'm not French when I was trying to create a title, I really liked the way it was pronounced and I kind of like it and it was stuck with me ever since LOL!
