SkinGen Premium - cannot be used SkinGen Tools

Hi,
I have a problem using the SkinGen tools. We use Character Creator v4.3. I can't choose any tool from the tools in Content Manager. We have the Reallusion Hub plugin activated. The character on which we use SkinGen Tools is a CC3+ Character. And in the Modify window in the Appearance section with the editor activated, we have no tool to choose from. We follow tutorials for SkinGen Premium - like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXn8gJ3KJEg . Please help us solve this issue. Thanks.

Hi...

Have you installed the SkinGen Tool Plug-in Pack? This needs to be installed first.

You can check in Content Manager by selecting the Pack tab and doing a search on SkinGen Tool (see below).

yes, I tried, but I can't find the Skingen tool in the Content manager in the Pack section:

I tried and the Skingen tool still didn't appear (you can also look in the zip file - where is video)

Must be a bug. Also with CC4.31 .
