There's gotta be something I'm just missing here.  I have an animation that I know that I've used before with different toons and it has facial expressions and talking.  I export it as an FBX to blender now though and the face doesn't change at all (although it looks like the jaw bone is moving but the face mesh isn't.)  I've been watching youtube tutorials and they all look like they make the animation with expressions and just export FBX.  I think I saw one that said to save the animation and expressions as a motion-plus, reapply, and then export out as FBX.  Neither work.  I've been looking for hours to find what I'm missing and I'm out of options. I am using the blender addon and it is up to date.  Blender version 3.4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to include facial expressions in the export then you need to add the MotionPlus file with the saved facial expressions. Please see the Manual page below which explains this.
