Hello, I wanted to update to Cartoon Animator version 5.11.
When I refresh from the Updates section, I got the warning that there is no internet connection.
After unistalling the Cartoon Animator program, I saw the v5.11 version. I pressed the Install button many times, but after a while I get the following warning and the Cartoon Animator program is not installed or updated.
"Cartoon Animator install failed or canceled!"
When I tried the same process for headshot, it was installed without any problems.

After many attempts, the installation is complete.
But the internet connection problem started again.
"You are disconnected from the Internet right now.
................"

It sounds like something is blocking access to our servers. Which Security software do you use?

UPDATE:
After testing we have detected a connection problem with the Hub and are investigating. I'll update again when more is known. :ermm:

Yes we tracked down the issue and fixed it. Great to hear everything is ok now. Once again apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
