Is there a bug or something going on with the face puppet in IC8?

Keeps showing "there's no matching profile for the target character in C4 extended" and then the face puppet profile is completely blank

I'm not seeing any problems with Face Puppet with both Standard and Extended profiles. Which character are you using? It is a Standard CC3+ character?

To check if the character is the issue, please try loading the default Kevin character and try Face Puppet with that. If you still have problems with Kevin, then there would appear to be an issue with your current installation. It might then be wise to uninstall iClone 8 and perform a clean install of the latest full 8.3 version.

I have the same problem. I've uninstalled iClone 8.3 and tried Kevin and still doesn't work?

There is no matching profile for the target character cc4 standard. Doesn't work with extended cc4 either...

If the problem is occurring even with the default Kevin character, then please check you have installed all the free resources as shown below. The free Characters pack contains a lot of important content, including the facial profiles, that needs to be installed. If you haven't installed all the resource packs then you will get errors.

Thank for the reply.

I've tried that... I've uninstalled iClone 8.3 and Character Creator 4.3. All free resources installed. Template-Pack-Free Resources. Uninstalled and installed that many times I've lost count.
Nothing seems to fix my issue.
