i need help understanding the process to get the face details to work with the content details and live face plugin.
I have brought in a character (fbx file) through Accurig then into Character Creator and the motions are great but nothing is recognized for the face.
I am looking for specific help to better understand this so i can keep working. I am stumped.
I click on Facial editor and i get the following error but not sure what exactly i need to do:
help please.

OR, if i bring in through character creator 4... create character, i have all the bones present but i cant turn them all on for the face... if i activate one then go to the next, it deactivates the previous one (This is bypassing the original i created through Accurig). @peter (RL) help me :)
