I can't seem to get the Gorilla's starter pack to work, do I need a different base model? The starter pack doesn't have a model with it, just morphs etc. What do I do?. Thanks

Hi...
The Hivewire Gorilla base model was included free with CC3. If you still have CC3 installed you will find the four Hivewire base characters as shown below. You can then copy these over to CC4 and save them there.

Hi Peter, I bought Character Creator at version 4, so don't have CC3.

That's strange. Character Creator 3 Pipeline Edition is registered in your account along with a serial number so it should be installable using the Reallusion Hub.
