Hi i have downloaded the trial versions on most of the products but i have this problem all day and cannot find ANY solution can you please help me? when i start ANY software (for example iclone) i get this message in the content manager :
Smart Content manager - failed to connect to the local database please restart the content manager or contact support
i have Disabled firewall and ALL of the security programs and nothing! i thought maybe it is a problem with activating but THERE IS NO TOPIC how to activate a TRIAL version
any help please to use this software at last??? thank you

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Smart Content Manager.
Did you have any problems creating and logging into your Reallusion Account or in the Reallusion Hub?
If you are signed into your RL account and in the Hub and still have problems with Smart Content Manager, then I would advise contacting Support using the link below. They should be able to help you resolve the problem.

I am having the same problem, and all the products are ativated and all the firewall, and security programs as well. I am in touch with Reallusion support for more then a month and until now the problem persist. I have re-instal the program many times but nothing happen to connect to the smart content manager. Someone have resolved this problem?

Please try resetting your Content Manager database as explained on the page below. However, if this doesn't help, please contact Support as I advised previously.
