Just bought iClone 8, but Reallusion Hub says I only have the trial?

Hey, my bank says I just spent $500 on iClone, but Reallusion Hub says I only have the trial! What am I doing wrong?

You could try logging out in logging in again into the Hub.

Also, on your RL member page, see if iClone is listed under Registrations or Orders.

Yep, listed under registration. And I've logged out/in multiple times, but still nothing. Hub says there's nothing to update or refresh, either. Getting slightly concerned.

Did you uninstall the Trial version?

As Mark as already mentioned, do make sure you have uninstalled the Trial version and then check if the full version Install is available in the Hub?

I also see that you have contacted Support and they have replied to you so do check their reply and let them know if you still need help.

Uninstalling Trial worked! You'd think they'd mention that in the FAQ.
