I am sorry for using a translator because I am not good at English.
Headshot plug-in installed with Character Creator v4.22 running.
However, there was an error, and Hub says it is installed, but it cannot be reinstalled.
It is not even being deleted, so you need to delete or reinstall Headshot plug-in.

You should never install a plug-in while Character Creator is running. You should always close down CC first before installing.

Have you tried checking under Start > Settings > Apps to see if the Headshot Plug-in is listed as installed? If it is you can uninstall it from there.

However, if you are unable to uninstall, then please contact Support using the link below. They will be able to give you a registry cleaner so the Headshot plug-in can be installed again.
