animator 5 crashes

Hi! when i bring my project up and try to use the "facial puppet" on my actor, I click on record. It starts recording ok. but when i press on the space key to stop recording it wont stop. I wait quite awhile but nothing happens. I can wait up to five minutes but nothing happens. I have to start task manager and end the program, does anyone else have this problem? or is it me? thanks in advance, regards vicki

I had the same thing yesterday.
I pressed the spacebar a few times and I could close the puppet screen.
But he facial puppet refused to work.
The solution was to save my project and to restart CTA-5.
Then I could use again the facial puppet.

thanks very much for the help, but Im afraid it didnt fix my problem, it happens to me everytime I try to use it, even when i close the program and re start, regards, vicki

If you have Cartoon Animator 5 updated to the latest version (5.02) and the problem continues, please contact Support using the link below. They will try to help you resolve the problem.
