My version right now is 4.21.1515.1 and I still have problem.
I export as FBX - Blender - Mesh only - Check settings Open jaw morph = Export FBX failed message.Sorry to hear you are still encountering this issue.
So far we have not seen other reports of this issue continuing after the update so it is possible your update was not completely successful. You may like to consider uninstalling CC4 and then reinstall the latest full version of 4.21 using the Reallusion Hub.

I tried to create a ticket support. I get the message:

So I post here in forum instead. Today still not working to create ticket to support. Same error message.
