Accurig to UE5 adds unwanted twist bones

As the title suggests, I'm using Accurig to rig my own custom model to be used in UE5. I've chosen the Unreal export option, yet, my rig still ends up with a bunch of additional "cc twist" bones that don't match the UE5 skeleton, which is causing me a bunch of headaches.

Is there an option to turn these off somewhere I'm missing?
