Hey Reallusion,
I've tried all day to submit a support ticket. It keeps saying I need to try back later. Is this a known issue?

Hi Jeff
There isn't any known issues with the Support system and new tickets are coming through.
If you are still having problems, please try a different browser if you can, or of you can't do that, try clearing your browser cookies and temporary files. That may resolve the problem.
