By Bigus - 2 Years Ago IC8, randomly, for the most part, doesn't recognize any keyboard strokes, hotkeys, or anything. The keyboard is fine (I tried two) and at the same time works fine in any other software. It comes and goes, burns time, and I have no idea how to fix it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? It's worth contacting support or is there some new preference that escaped my notice? By Bigus - 2 Years Ago As of this moment, I am unable to reproduce the problem myself. And everything seems to work perfectly. Yesterday it really frustrated me... I was just talking and it happened again! iClone simply ignores keyboard keystrokes. as if she doesn't exist. By Bigus - 2 Years Ago I thought a Bluetooth keyboard, which I connect occasionally, was the culprit... but it turns out not. The kind support of RL gave me the solution: Make sure the typing mode is set to English! Leaving the solution here, in case someone encounters a similar challenge.
