Please first make sure that your computer meets the requirements on the page below.
If it does, then please make sure your system is fully up to date by running Windows Update.
Start > Settings > Windows Update
Finally, please ensure your graphics drivers are up to date. Depending on the graphic card you have (Nvidia or AMD) just click one of the links below.
