IC8 crashs with MD and Edit MOtion Layer

Hi,
Whenever i try to do edit motion layer on MD recorded motion then it crashes. Has anyone found the same issue, I have updated IC8 to the latest to date.
I recorded a MD motion where the character climbs the stairs and I am trying to improve the foot placement as it breaks through the stairs mesh. But it keeps crashing.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with iClone 8.

Please first make sure that your computer meets the requirements on the page below.


If it does, then please make sure your system is fully up to date by running Windows Update.

Start > Settings > Windows Update

Finally, please ensure your graphics drivers are up to date. Depending on the graphic card you have (Nvidia or AMD) just click one of the links below.


However, if after checking the above you still have problems, please contact our Technical Support department using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.

Hi,
The PC has a good spec with RTX 3060 12 GB GPU. So that's not an issue.
I will create the support ticket.
