I recently purchase the Prime membership and want to access the gift model Casual_F_0037 but I cannot read the download Instal.rld file. Windows doesn't recognize it and CC4 won't import it.  How the heck am I supposed to access it. I have attached a screenshot from my inventory list page.
Thanks!https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/e1312860-b9d9-406c-9b96-9916.jpg

Hi John

With Character Creator 4 (and iClone8) all content is now installed using Content Manager in CC4. You should be able to find your free content listed there. Once found just double click the thumbnail to begin installing. If you do have trouble finding the content, you can use the search box to locate it. Do also click Refresh to make sure Content Manager is up to date.

For Cartoon Animator 4 and older versions of Character Creator and iClone you can still use the Install.RLD links from your Inventory. Under normal usage when you double click the Install.RLD link it will open the Content Downloader that is automatically installed with Cartoon Animator 4 or earlier versions of CC and iClone. You can also install the Content Downloader from the page below.

I hope this helps.

The vast majority of content purchased from the Reallusion Stores should show up in your Content Manager. Please do run a search in Content Manager to double check.

Please also check that you are signed into the Reallusion Hub with the correct account login information. If have used different accounts for software and content purchases, then that would account for the missing content. If this is the case then you will need to contact Support to get your accounts merged.

However, if the missing content is definitely missing in Content Manager, then you can try installing it into an older version of the software that supports the older rlcontent files. These would be iClone 7, CC3 or Cartoon Animator 4. If you install the rlcontent into these versions you can manually transfer the content over to iClone 8, CC4 or Cartoon Animator 5 whichever is applicable.
