Stuck at 11% of Importing my fbx 3d model

I have been waiting for 2 hours, but it hasnt imported my 3d model to accuRIG yet. The loading is stuck at 11% and I have no idea how to solve this problem. My fbx file is about 400MB. Please help me!https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/9c0542fc-62e8-414c-bbcc-f720.png Thanks in advance!
