Question on Headshot plugin

Hi,  I have been out of touch for a while and just today bought IClone 8 and CC4. I already have purchased Headshot plugin for CC3. Can I use it for CC4? I have not installed either CC4 or IC8 yet.

Hi...

You can't use the CC3 version of Headshot with CC4, however you are entitled a free upgrade to the CC4 version.

Please open the Reallusion Hub and you should see the "Headshot Plug-in For Character Creator 4" listed. Once CC4 itself is installed you can then install Headshot (Note: do make sure CC4 is closed down when trying to install plug-ins).

I installed both IC8 and CC4 and can only see the TRY and Purchase options for Headshot in the RL Hub. I am installing the TRY version and hope that is correct.

Added: It looks like it didn't work as it says it's a TRIAL after I installed it. And now for some reason I cannot log in to my account as it keeps saying the CAPTCHA verification failed (recaptcha-verification-failed.

Peter,  For some reason I cannot get past the captcha screen even though this morning I was able to buy the stuff and also logon to the forum. Here is a screenshot of what I get. When I use the link you gave me I end up with the same issue.I tried it with 3 different browsers and it fails the same on all 3.

Have you tried fully shutting down your computer, restarted, and tried again? This should start a fresh login process.

I rebooted my PC and no change. I tried every trick in the book and also found a thread some months back here on the forum with people having similar issues. I tried their tricks too. I tried logging in with another PC I have and it failed too. So I called my ISP to see about changing my IP address for the fix and as I was going through the motions of logging in to RL to explain the failure I was having . . . and it worked and logged me in! Just my luck after spending hours trying to get into the forum and my account. :P So I am currently downloading all my updated stuff for my IC8 and CC4. It was likely a Google issue.
