I am getting a prop from twin motion saving it in .tm importing it into unreal engine with the twin motion plugin
Saving it individually in as a fbx then importing it into iclone8.

The problem is when it comes in it seems to be in some far-off galaxy. If I use the f hotkey it brings it into focus. But I can't align it to the other props using the alignment tool to try to align to another prop in the scene but it does not.
I have used the orbit zoom and pan to try to see where it is but no luck. i can only see it if i use the f hotkey.
I am thinking that bringing it in from twin motion is bringing it to a whole other level even though I can see it in the scene list.

Any Ideas on what's going on and how I can manage that prop to be in my scene with the other props inside the walls and floor?
Thanks

Not sure exactly, but select your object, and change the Pivot is probably what you need to do.

Click on Modify - Transform tab and zero out your prop.

Then click on Edit Pivot, click on where you want the prop oriented, probably middle center, and then zero out the prop, then click Edit Pivot again. That should set it be the same as where a new prop is created.

Select the prop in the Scene Manager tab:

Next click on the "Home" icon to locate the prop in the scene:

Once you locate the prop set the position in Transform > Move to X, Y, and Z to 0. This will place the prop in the centre of the scene. Click on the Home icon again then use the Move tool to position the prop where you want it to be.
