Imported FBX blendshapes not detected. How do you import embedded blendshapes?

I imported a custom FBX model into CC4 & when I fetch the same model for blendshape import I get an error message(see attached images).
When I import the same model into Unity the blendshapes are immediately detected  & imported with no extra steps involved.
What am I doing wrong?  As far as I can see this should be a simple automated import process as it is in Unity.
It is the same model with no topology changes at all to the body mesh upon import, I've only altered the texture maps within Gimp.

It gives you a clue in the error. Did you rename a mesh after the import?
CC adds underscores to the mesh name for spaces, but you should not rename it before blend shapes import.
Mesh name is also case sensitive. Changing one letter case for the mesh name would invalidate consecutive blend shapes import.

I didn't change anything on the initial imports, I have over 100+ models with blendshapes, it's the same for all that I've tried so far.
I have no problem with them showing up in Unity if you look at the images.

This isn't rocket science, Unity detects it & even has nobs to drag to create blendshapes, where is this in CC4?

The naming is a standard viseme expression scale kit everyone uses for iPhone tracking.

Blendshape names should not matter. For some reason CC cannot match the original import vertex count or mesh name with secondary import for blendshapes.
You should probably send one of the FBX files to support for investigation. Or you may post it here for someone to try and see if it can be imported outside of your install.

This is a major facial blendshape issue & still no reply in 2 months.  Thought the recent update would have fixed this.  Please help.
