How can I lead down a motion file in a format of iclone or character creator?

I the motion shop page, when you choose a motion and chose a format to load down, can not have a choice of iclone or character creator? I have seen a video and find it can be choosed before. But now can not?[br]
Who can kindly tell me the way to resolve? Thank you very much.

If you mean ActorCore, you need to use Content manager for CC and iC.
Unfortunately there is no manual download option for CC and iC.
Maybe the reason is that motions can change according to different program compatibility.
For example, iC8 motions do not work with iC7 and when you download them from the site, they must be included in the versions.
