Otitrack Motion Live Issue

Please understand that the sentence is akward using a translator.
The lastest version of IClone 8.02, Optitrack 3.0.1 is in use.
I tried to work with Motion Live., but skeleton is not following me properly.
I've seen all the manuals, but they're all old versions, so it's not helpful.
Please give me a quick answer.

Never heard of Otitrack - am amazed it's even working at all with Motion Live, even if poorly.

Is this something Reallusion sells?  I can't even find a mention of it on the internet.  In any case, my gut tells me this is just something in beta and would not be expected to work anyway.

It would appear to be something more than just a beta version. The OP misspelt the name in the post title, the company is called OptiTrack, it was spelt correctly in the post text.
