I would advise first uninstalling CrazyTalk and giving it a clean install of the latest version just to eliminate a problem with your install. Then make sure you have Windows fully updated as well as your graphics drivers updated as these can contribute to crashes. If the problem persists after doing the above, try to see if there is a common cause for the crashing, such as when using certain features or performing certain actions. Also does it crash when creating 2D heads, 3D heads or both? That will help narrow down the cause of the problem. Can you share your system specs including graphics card. Also whichever graphic card you have, please make sure you have the latest driver updates.
