Hello, So I am coming from cc3 and there is no transfer skin weights that I can find,
I am wondering, are there tutorials on fixing clothing poke through and conforming clothes?
I have a lot of Daz3d content that I would like to use in CC4.

Thank you!
Any CC4 tutorials on this issue would be appreciated!

Transfer Skin Weights is still there just as it was in CC3. Just select the clothing in "Scene Manager" and then "Transfer Skin Weights" will appear on the Modify Panel (see below).
