hi guys i am having problem saving file as .ccproject or .iavatar from character creator 4 version but want to use in my character creator 3.4 version can anyone help me

Why do you want to use an older version when you have the latest one? 

You can not open files created and saved using iClone 4 in iClone 3. It is only possible to open iClone 3 files, and earlier, in iClone 4.

oh there is some reason my iclone 8 can't use live face so i have to downgrade to iclone 7.9

As Peter said, Motion LIVE is now built in, so you should be able to get Live Face to work in iClone 8.

Do you already have the Live Face plugin for iClone 7? In that case you are entitled for a free upgrade.

If you don't have it, you'll need to purchase it: https://mocap.reallusion.com/iclone-motion-live-mocap/iphone-live-face.html.
