Will CC4 do what I’m looking for?

I have a wax sculpture of a head (similar to the head attached, but much better).

I need to create images that make it look realistic.

My plan is to 3D scan the wax head.

I will then use R3DS Warp to re-typologies with a readymade head/textures.

I then need to easily and quickly apply hair to the model, and ideally render too.

Can CC4 do the above?

I’m new to 3D modelling and don’t have much time so need an easy and fast pipeline.

If anyone can offer that or suggest tutorials or reading that would be amazing.

As much help and info you guys can give me would be great.

Go easy on me as I’m new to 3D so need things to be understandable.
